Why do I not get a multi-buy discount when adding different coloured Snoods to my cart?

The multi-buy discount only applies when ordering multiples of the same colour or design. This is because each item is made to order and therefore creating multiples of the same design costs us less to produce, allowing those savings to be passed on to you.

I would like to buy a 'mixed pack' of Snoods... but can I choose which designs are included?

No. The items in the mixed packs are randomly selected based upon what our production team has or is producing at the time which is how we are able to pass on those savings to you.

Snood Questions

What is my Snood made from?

Snoods are made from Spandex Microfiber. This 140gsm Coolmax fabric is breathable, moisture wicking, washable, quick drying and rated UPF 40+.

Do Snoods have a hem?

Snoods do not have or need a hem for a variety of reasons;

I find my Snood is too loose for a face cover?

Snoods are a multifunctional piece of clothing that can be worn in many different ways and sometimes you have to experiment to find the best fit for you. For people with smaller heads we recommend you pull the Snood higher up around the back of the head than the front as this will provide a firmer fit that is less likely to slide down. Please refer to the face cover example.

Are Snoods printed on one or two sides?

Snoods are printed on one side. The reverse side is naturally white with up to 50% printing show-through from the opposite side.

Are Snoods multiple layered?

Snoods are supplied as a single layer of specialised tubular fabric. You can fold the Snood to create multiple layers although this will result in a reduced length.

How do I wash and care for my Snood?

Your Snood can be hand washed or machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle using an all-purpose mild detergent.

To dry, lay flat or line dry in shade is recommended.

To press, use a cool iron on reverse side (covering with a tea towel).

Store gently folded in a cool dry area (fabric must be completely dry prior to storing).

Do not: bleach, soak, leave wet rolled up, tumble dry, dry clean, use fabric softener, or dry in direct sunlight.
